The world (well that part of the world made up of the First Grade Parents of Indian Hills Students) found out tonight what Harold and I have known for years, Hayden is a Prince. I'm not the least bit biased, huh?
Tonight was the Fairytale Play at school put on by the first grade classes. Hayden was the Prince in the Sleeping Beauty portion of the play. As he said, he was the one to save the day.
When his teacher asked him about being the Prince, she said he listened very intently and said yes ma'am, yes ma'am even when she told him that he would have to pretend to kiss a girl and then dance with her. Then when she told him who the girl was - he perked right up and said "Oh I've dreamed of this my whole life!" YIKES
Poppaw and Mommaw came to see him in the play. Mommie took lots of photos and Daddy videotaped. He did a really good job. I have to say though that he looked way too grown up for me. How is this all happening so fast?

"Hmm, should I kiss her for real?"
"Probably not, she might hit me and I might get in trouble for real"
